BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA — Restaurants are a wonderful place to explore the wide world of wine.  Often cruising the wine list at a fine dining restaurant can feel like a glimpse into another country, even another language.  This is one of the many reasons we all love the restaurant experience. 


“Ethel Ross?  Ethan Cross?  Edith Frost? Fuck, what was it?” server David Anderson muttered to himself in the wine room at the local restaurant he works at. “I don’t fucking know, whatever.”


“Hi guys, sorry, it looks like we’re all out of that one.  I did find this bottle that is delicious,” he said, returning to the table holding up a bottle he knows nothing about.
