TAMPA, FLORIDA — Sometimes you sip a cocktail and it’s missing just that little something extra. Often, a couple dashes of bitters will add that depth and complexity your cocktail is lacking. Ango bitters, chocolate bitters, some local spiced plum bitter or whatever — take your pick and dash away. This got local bartender Linda Anders thinking.
“I can just dash this stuff on anything and it rounds it off, completes the thought,” she said, slowly raising the bottle of bitters above her head.
