WASHINGTON, DC — Progress requires change, and change is never easy. Sometimes you have to see the depths to know to swim up. That is certainly the case with the status of inventory at restaurants across the country. We have suddenly looked up and noticed a glaring problem.
“We have had enough. The people have had enough,” one lawmaker said while walking down the steps of congress. “The time for change is now. We did it with Halloween, we can do it with inventory night. It will never fall on a weekend again.”
