BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA — Whether you’re at 25% capacity, 50% capacity, or the ol’ Florida 110% – nothing will distract from the blaring fact that entire teams of service staff have been out of work for quite a while. We caught up with a local lunch-heavy bistro-style restaurant, Santino’s, on their first day back.

 

“So sorry, I’ll be right with you!” the point bartender announced while garnishing 4 Tanqueray & tonics like a newborn baby deer.  “Sir, your drinks – here’s the Beefeater and these three are the Tanqs.”

 

“Hey, Sophia, I need to use your well while they burn my ice,” announced the service bartender appearing out of thin air with a scoop in hand.
