CAIRO, EGYPT — There is still so much to learn about the history of our industry.  The history of booze is hard to uncover due to the very subject matter that it covers — the act of forgetting!  Because of this, it is always a thrill to have new information come out.

 

“I can’t believe what we saw when we opened that stone door…” famed barcheologist said in passing, carrying a dusty Galliano bottle wrapped in a cloth. “Based on the carbon dating of this bottle, we suspect this ancient taproom to be about 3000-3200 years old.”
